JQPLOT -- add line, bar and pie charts using jqPlot JavaScript library

jqPlot is a "pure javascript plotting and charting" library. This variable is handled by the JqPlotPlugin to add the required JavaScript and CSS tags to <head>.
Syntax: %JQPLOT%, %JQPLOT{"jqPlot plugin name(s)"}%
Example: %JQPLOT{"barRenderer, pieRenderer"}%
