   * The =%<nop>CLI%= variable is handled by the ChecklistPlugin.
   * Syntax: =%<nop>CLI{attr1="value" attr2="value"}%=
   * Examples:
      * =%<nop>CLI%= adds a simple checklist item to a topic
      * =%<nop>CLI{states="todo|doing|done" stateicons=":-(|:-I|:ok:"}%= adds a checklist item with states ( todo - :-( doing - :-I done - :ok: ) to a topic
